My name is Augustin Vergara (Augie). I have worked in the apparel industry for the past 20 years. I am experienced in every aspect of design and material development to final production of mens and womens apparel. I have a strong understanding of the market and trend of mens apparel and special focus on technical performance, snow sports, outdoor, lifestyle and athleissure products.
I also have an ability to integrate a sense of style and functionality into the products I design. I have been a contract designer for the past 2 years and have a strong list of clients I have worked for (e.g., Tommy John, Fisher + Baker, Kuiu, Under Armour, Myles Apparel, Taylor Stitch, Stio, Obermeyer, Brooks Brothers, Altra Running).
